Lapou Gold (HKG:6181) completed the conversion of 40,388,900 unlisted shares into H shares on Thursday, a same-day bourse filing said.

Listing of the converted H shares on the Hong Kong bourse will commence at 9:00 am on April 7.

Following completion, the jewelry products company has 80.28% H shares in issue, compared with 56.29% previously.
