CISI Fin Unit Sells $8.6 Million Bonds

China Industrial Securities International Financial Group's (HKG:6058) unit CISI Investment sold $8.6 million of certain bonds in the open market for around $8.3 million, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The bonds issued by Weifang Urban Construction and Development Investment were sold on Sept. 11, 2024 and April 1, 2025. They carry a 7.5% per annum interest rate and will fall due Aug. 30, 2027.

The securities broker will use proceeds from the sale for its general working capital, as well as for new potential investment opportunities.
