CMC Magnetics (TPE:2323) has acquired about 2.1 million shares of Dynapack International Technology for NT$385.78 million between March 26 and March 31, 2025.
The shares were purchased at an average price of NT$180.78 apiece, according to a Monday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
Following the acquisition, CMC now holds a total of 2.46 million shares, representing 1.615% of Dynapack's total shares.
The optical storage products manufacturer stated that the purchase was part of its portfolio management strategy.
