0917 ET - Conagra is maintaining guidance for organic sales to fall 2% and for adjusted earnings to hit $2.35 a share in fiscal 2024, saying the outlook doesn't include impacts from tariffs other than those previously announced on tin mill steel and aluminum, as well as some Chinese imports. The maker of Slim Jims and Healthy Choice frozen meals says it is closely monitoring the evolving tariff situation and has started to see impacts from previously announced levies, though they should have a limited impact on 4Q costs as Conagra works through inventory on hand. CFO David Marberger says the company will offset tariff-based cost increases with a combination of alternative sourcing methods, cost-cutting and targeted price increases. (dean.seal@wsj.com)
