Guangzhou Automobile Group's (HKG:2238, SHA:601238) production jumped 18% to 188,863 units in March from 160,534 units in the year-ago period, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Sales fell 3% to 173,929 units from 179,327 units in the previous year, the filing said.
