Royal Enfield, the Eicher Motors (NSE:EICHERMOT, BOM:505200) recorded a 34% rise in its total motorcycle sales to 101,021 units in March against 75,551 units sold a year ago, according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

Of the total, the international sales were up 36% at 12,971 units in March.

Shares of the company were up over 1% in recent trade.
