Allcargo Logistics (NSE:ALLCARGO, BOM:532749) said its wholly owned subsidiary, Ecu Worldwide, acquired a 5% stake in Allcargo ULS Terminals for 500 million Korean won on April 2, according to a Thursday filing with the Indian bourses.
