Kelly Partners Group Holdings (ASX:KPG) completed a partnership with Asple & Co, an accounting firm based in Ireland, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The business is a member firm of the UK-based Kudos International Network, in which KPG acquired a 51% interest in September last year, the filing said.
