ReliaQuest said Monday it secured over $500 million in new funding, led by EQT (EQT), KKR (KKR), and FTV Capital, with additional investment from Ten Eleven Ventures and Finback Investment Partners, valuing the company at $3.4 billion.
The fresh capital will support ReliaQuest's expansion of its AI-powered cybersecurity automation platform and drive international growth, the company said.
ReliaQuest's GreyMatter service connects with more than 200 cybersecurity tools, allowing teams to react to cyber threats, it added.
