Covering corporate governance and fund management from January to December 2024, the review identified areas for improvement, including investment limits, risk management, and transparency in investment decisions.
The company has suspended wealth management transactions, revised policies, implemented compliance training, and strengthened oversight.
The board considers these remedial measures sufficient and commits to strict adherence. The company announced the completion on March 31, 2025.
