Ta Yang Group (HKG:1991) has terminated a one-for-two rights issue to raise up to HK$78.4 million, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The move came about as certain conditions for the issue, which had first been announced in February 2024, could not be fulfilled.
