reAlpha Tech (AIRE) said it signed agreements for the exercise of some warrants to buy up to about 4.22 million shares issued in November 2023. The warrants had an exercise price of $1.44 per share and were exercised at a reduced price of $0.75 per share.

Apple's (AAPL) overwhelming dependence on China for its supply chain and production makes the tariffs imposed by the Trump administration "a complete disaster" for the iPhone maker, Wedbush said in a note Sunday. It cut its price target to $250 from $325 while keeping its outperform rating.

Meanwhile, Apple filed an appeal to stop a British government order requiring the company to allow access to its encrypted cloud storage systems, according to a Monday court document by the Investigatory Powers Tribunal. Apple did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.

Shares fell 3.5%, with intraday trading volume of over 114 million versus a daily average of about 55 million.
