AJJ Medtech (SGX:584) entered into an interest-free loan agreement of SG$500,000 with Zhang Jian, a controlling shareholder, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
The lender has a direct interest in an aggregate of 361,616,174 ordinary shares in the capital of the company.
The loan will be used for the group's capital needs, business expansion and for working capital needs.
