Synagistics (HKG:2562) has been granted a call option by shareholders of Movitech to acquire up to 100% equity interest in the latter for $30 million, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The grantors have undertaken to the company that for the three financial years from Jan. 1, 2025, to Dec. 31, 2027, Movitech will make an aggregated revenue and post-tax net profit of at least 540 million yuan and 66 million yuan, respectively.
The beauty and wellness platform operator can exercise the call option between March 31 and July 29.
Movitech is a China-based AI and enterprise software company founded in 2011.
