Kelsian Group (ASX:KLS) said that its US-based unit, First Class Transportation, has secured a $29 million, five-year contract with special purpose district The Woodlands Township, for bus transit services starting in May, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The contract includes options for five one-year extensions and covers the operation and maintenance of up to 25 motorcoaches from a transportation facility in Texas, the filing said.

Additionally, First Class has secured a $2.3 million, five-year contract with the City of Conroe for fixed-route bus services beginning in April, the filing added.
