Qualcomm (QCOM) and China's DeepRoute.ai said Tuesday that they signed a technology cooperation agreement to develop multiple advanced intelligent driving systems based on Qualcomm's Snapdragon Ride platform.

DeepRoute.ai will use Qualcomm's platform for LiDAR and vision-only advanced driver assistance systems intended for both fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles, the companies said.

Qualcomm and DeepRoute.ai said they also agreed to work together on optimizing artificial intelligence models, like end-to-end Birds Eye View and transformers, on Snapdragon Ride platforms.
