Alkane Resources (ASX:ALK) reported gold production of 17,656 ounces in the March quarter, resulting in 50,926 ounces to date for the current fiscal year, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company posted a cash and bullion balance of AU$50.5 million, up from AU$11 million in the December 2024 quarter, the filing said.
The company said its full fiscal year guidance for Tomingley of 70,000 ounces to 80,000 ounces production at an AISC of AU$2,400 per ounce to AU$2,600 per ounce remains unchanged while production is expected to be at the lower end of its guidance.
The company's shares fell 6% in recent Monday trade.
