Parkway Life REIT's (SGX:C2PU) manager, Parkway Trust Management, disposed 147,300 units to eligible employees pursuant to its long-term incentive plan, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

Following the disposal, the manager now has 1,364,343 units in the REIT.

Shares of the REIT were down nearly 5% in recent trading.
