Poly Property's (HKG:0119) contracted sales stood at 6 billion yuan in March, with a sold area of 238,000 square meters, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

Contracted average selling price for the month stood at about 25,283 yuan per square meter.

For the first quarter, contracted sales and sold area reached roughly 14.5 billion yuan and 523,000 square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 27,650 yuan per square meter.
