RCI Hospitality (RICK) said Tuesday it acquired Platinum West Gentlemen's Club in West Columbia, South Carolina, for $8 million.

The purchase price includes $3.8 million in cash, $2.5 million in seller financing at 7% for the club and $1.8 million cash for associated real estate, according to RCI Hospitality.

Shares of the company were down 2.9% in recent trading.
