CIFI Holdings (Group) (HKG:0884) recorded contracted sales of around 2.02 billion yuan in March, with a contracted gross floor area of 212,600 square meters.

The contracted average selling price in the month was 9,900 yuan per square meter, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Attributable contracted sales for the month stood at approximately 1.11 billion yuan.

For the first quarter, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 5.44 billion yuan and 536,200 square meters, respectively.
