Silk Logistics Holdings (ASX:SLH) said the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has yet to provide a revised final decision date for the company's proposed acquisition by DP World Australia, following a pause in the regulator's review of the acquisition, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The ACCC paused its review Wednesday, pending additional information from both parties, the filing said.
