Silk Logistics Holdings (ASX:SLH) said the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has yet to provide a revised final decision date for the company's proposed acquisition by DP World Australia, following a pause in the regulator's review of the acquisition, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The ACCC paused its review Wednesday, pending additional information from both parties, the filing said.
The scheme meeting to decide on the company's proposed acquisition is scheduled for June 20, the filing added.
