Ascentage Pharma's (HKG:6855) trustee purchased 50,000 shares at an average of HK$35.20 apiece under its restricted share unit scheme, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The total consideration for the shares hit about HK$1.8 million, the filing said.
