Lifestyle Communities (ASX:LIC) said Executive Chair David Blight will reassume his role as non-executive chair, effective April 10, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Blight will earn remuneration of AU$270,000 per annum as non-executive chair, the filing said.
