Zomato Netherlands, a step-down subsidiary of Eternal formerly known as Zomato (NSE:ZOMATO, BOM:543320), has begun the process of voluntary liquidation, according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian stock exchnages.

Zomato Netherlands does not have any active business operation and it is not a material subsidiary of the company. Therefore, its dissolution will not affect the revenue of Eternal.

The liquidation is expected to be completed within one year subject to requisite approvals.
