Sultan Resources (ASX:SLZ) has appointed Lincoln Liu as non-executive chairman, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
Jeremy King will transition from his role as non-executive chairman to non-executive director, the filing added.
All changes are effective immediately.
