ValueMax Group (SGX:T6I) increased its issued share capital to 871,230,429 ordinary shares after issuing 10,000 new shares at SG$0.36 each following warrant exercises on Tuesday, according to a same-day filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The new shares, ranking equally with existing shares, will be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange on April 10.
