--Harley-Davidson is considering options for its financing arm, including a sale that could be worth more than $1 billion, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter.
--The motorcycle maker has enlisted an adviser to help solicit interest in Harley-Davidson Financial Services from potential buyers such as regional banks, private-equity firms and private credit players, the report said.
--The company hasn't made a final decision on pursuing a sale of the unit and could still opt to keep it, according to the report. A representative for the Milwaukee-based company declined to comment to Bloomberg.
