AMP (ASX:AMP) is targeting a dividend of AU$0.02 per share in each half of the current year, as it seeks to return capital to shareholders, the firm's chair Mike Hirst said, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

It declared a final dividend of AU$0.01 per share in February, which brought the 2024 dividend to AU$0.03 per share.
