Shimmick (SHIM) appointed Todd Yoder as chief financial officer, effective April 14.
Amanda Mobley will step down as interim CFO and become the chief accounting officer, the company said Tuesday in a statement.
Yoder was previously CFO at Shikun & Binui America and Shikun & Binui Concessions USA.
