White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said countries are beginning to outline proposals for potential trade agreements with the U.S. "More than 15 offers are on the table, which is remarkable in a mere matter of days," Leavitt told reporters at the White House on Friday.

"Good progress has been made," Leavitt said. Earlier Friday, U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer told Fox News he had a "full dance card" of countries seeking to negotiate and expected to meet with Taiwanese officials later Friday. "There are pieces of paper going back and forth as countries come in and make suggestions on what they can do to have more reciprocal trade" with the U.S., Greer said.
