NobleOak Life (ASX:NOL) has entered a AU$1.5 million deal with media investor Scaleup Mediafund for advertising space and services according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

In exchange, NobleOak issued around 1 million shares, valued at AU$1.47 each, to Scaleup Mediafund 3.0 Trust, the filing said

The shares will be subject to a two-year voluntary escrow period, the filing added.
