Castile Resources (ASX:CST) said an ambient noise tomography passive seismic survey at the Pathfinder 38 target within its flagship Rover 1 iron oxide-gold-copper project in the Northern Territory detected a significant anomaly and it plans to drill test for this anomaly, with drilling scheduled to begin on April 18, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

The Northern Territory Geological Survey will co-fund the hole at the target by providing a AU$95,540 co-funding grant, the filing said.

The firm plans to test all prospective targets at the Rover 1 project using the ambient noise tomography technology and it will continuously run surveys to test anomalies in order of priority for the next two years, per the filing.

Shares of Castle Resources fell 3% in recent trade.
