FiscalNote (NOTE) received a notice from the New York Stock Exchange for noncompliance with the minimum closing share price requirement of $1 for 30 straight sessions.
The notification has no immediate effect on the stock's listing, FiscalNote said Friday in a statement.
The company has six months to regain compliance with the listing standard.
