Shimao Group (HKG:0813) recorded contracted sales of around 3 billion yuan in March, with a contracted sold area of 249,242 square meters, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The property company's average selling price for the month stood at 12,048 yuan per square meter.

For the first quarter of 2025, contracted sales and sold area reached roughly 7.07 billion yuan and 579,735 square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 12,188 yuan per square meter.
