Logitech Guidance Withdrawal Seems Sensible -- Market Talk

0609 GMT - Logitech International's decision to withdraw guidance for fiscal 2026 doesn't come as a surprise and seems sensible in light of uncertainty about trade tariffs, Vontobel's Michael Foeth says in a research note. The Swiss maker of computer peripherals generates around a third of its revenue from customers in the U.S., with 40% of its products made in China and the rest in Vietnam, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand and Mexico, according to Vontobel. "The high applicable tariffs on products from China and the uncertainty on further tariffs from other countries will inevitably have an impact on gross margins," the analyst says.(adria.calatayud@wsj.com)
