Allison Transmission (ALSN) named Scott Mell as chief financial officer, effective Monday.
The announcement follows the June appointment of Fred Bohley as chief operating officer. Bohley continued to serve as CFO while the company sought a successor.
Mell, 53, most recently served as CFO at TriMas (TRS). Allison Transmission said Thursday in a regulatory filing.
