Spacetalk (ASX:SPA) received binding commitments to raise AU$1.3 million through the placement of 9 million shares at AU$0.14 apiece, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The proceeds will cover inventory purchase, geographical expansion, app ecosystem development, and offer costs, the filing said.
