Magnetic Resources (ASX:MAU) saw an improvement in the recovery rate in metallurgical testing of samples sourced from Lady Julie North 4 deposit in Western Australia, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The company logged a 97.5% recovery rate using the optimized flotation circuit. It described this as a "spectacular increase over the potential recovery achieved with conventional gravity/leach of 88%."
The overall average gold recovery rate across the project remains at 92%, the filing stated.
