PYC Therapeutics (ASX:PYC) has raised AU$133 million through its ongoing entitlement offer, part of a broader AU$146 million capital raise, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company expects to receive the remaining AU$13 million by April 30 after the underwriter for the outstanding balance has requested an extension citing liquidity issues, the filing said.

PYC is seeking payment guarantees and a bond from the underwriter to ensure the completion of the transaction, the filing added.
