Duxton Farms (ASX:DBF) agreed to sell the majority of its Kentucky property in New South Wales to Alkira Farms for AU$38 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The sale includes 6,020 hectares of cropping land and 48 megaliters of water entitlements, the filing said.
