CMGE Technology Group (HKG:0302) named Wang Chunye as co-chief executive officer at the mobile game publisher effective Wednesday, according to a same-day filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Wang is the general manager of Lemando Interactive Entertainment (Shanghai). He has worked with companies associated with NetDragon (HKG:0777) and Giant Network Group (SHE:002558), the filing said.
Xiao Jian remains as chairman and CEO, the filing said.
Shares in CMGE jumped 3% during Thursday's afternoon trading.
