BH Global Establishes Indirectly Owned Subsidiary in Taiwan

BH Global (SGX:BQN) incorporated an indirectly wholly owned subsidiary in Taiwan, named Infravision Technology Taiwan, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The company has an issued and paid up share capital of NT$7 million and is wholly owned by Infravision Technology, a wholly owned subsidiary of BH Global.

The newly established subsidiary will take over certain assets and businesses of Omnisense Systems, a subsidiary that was placed under voluntary winding up in March.
