Ant Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Contemporary Amperex Technology (SHE:300750) and bicycle-sharing transport platform Hellobike, The Standard reported, citing mainland Chinese media.
The cooperation between the Alibaba (HKG:9988) affiliate, the battery giant, and bicycle platform will focus on green and smart mobility, as well as technology, environment-friendly operation and investment, among others, the report said.
The three parties will also work on a joint venture to facilitate commercialization, The Standard said.
