Qorvo Appoints 2 New Independent Board Directors

Qorvo (QRVO) said Monday it has named Richard Clemmer and Christopher Koopmans as new independent board directors, effective immediately.

Clemmer currently serves on the boards of directors of HP (HPQ) and Seagate Technology (STX), while Koopmans serves as chief operating officer of Marvell Technology (MRVL), Qorvo said.

Meanwhile, David Ho will retire from Qorvo's board, effective immediately.
