First American Financial Names Mark Seaton CEO; Promotes Matt Wajner to CFO

First American Financial (FAF) said Tuesday that chief financial officer Mark Seaton has been appointed as chief executive officer.

Seaton will take over for departing CEO Ken DeGiorgio, the company said.

Treasurer Matt Wajner has been promoted to the role of CFO, the company added.

Board Chair Dennis Gilmore will move to the role of executive chair of First American, the company said.
