Ferguson Enterprises (FERG) said Wednesday it finalized the acquisitions of Independent Pipe & Supply in the US and National Fire Equipment and National Fire Fabrication in Canada.

The company said Massachusetts-based Independent Pipe, which supplies pipes, valves, and related products, will expand its presence and fabrication capabilities in New England.

Toronto-based National Fire will be integrated into Ferguson's Canadian subsidiary, Wolseley Canada, strengthening the company's fire and fabrication business across the country, Ferguson said.
