Prudential Financial (PRU) said Tuesday it plans to redeem all of the $1 billion outstanding of its 5.375% fixed-to-floating rate junior subordinated notes due 2045.
Prudential said the notes will be redeemed May 15 at a price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest up until, but excluding, the redemption date.
