Vericel (VCEL) said in a Monday filing that it expects the US tariffs to have a "minimal impact" on its business and operations.
The company said all of its operations are based in the US, and it expects to derive all of its revenue from domestic sales this year and for the next several years. Vericel also noted that materials used in its manufacturing are "primarily purchased" from US suppliers.
Shares of Vericel were up nearly 2% in recent trading.
