Win Metals (ASX:WIN) updated the mineral resource estimate of its Butchers Creek gold deposit, part of the Butchers Creek gold project in Western Australia, to 321,000 ounces of gold at 1.91 grams per tonne grade of gold from 258,000 ounces of gold at 2.24g/t gold, representing 80% of the mineral resource estimate, classified as indicated, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
It plans to conduct drilling to target high-priority, high-grade resource growth targets, including the Golden Crown deposit, building on the earlier high-grade drill intersections.
Its shares rose 29% in recent trading on Wednesday.
